Andy Devine was a supporting actor from the 1920s to the 1970s. He was "Cookie" to Roy Rogers in ten movies, and also "Jingles" to Guy Madison's Wild Bill Hickok in a popular radio and TV series, and probably his best remembered movie role was in The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance. He not only appeared in over 400 movies, but he also hosted a children's show called "Andy's Gang", which has cult status and which also featured Froggy the Magic Gremlin! He passed away in 1977 at the age of 71.
Important Added Info: Note that these stills all feature a specific actor or actress (sometimes portraits, but often in a scene from a movie that they were in). They come from the collection of Ken Jones, who was an author of many books about old-timeĀ actors, including many character actors. He collected on all the stars that he enjoyed, and this is a rare opportunity to get a number of stills at one time from this specific star!
