Important Added Info: Note that this is the very rare first release pressbook from Sleeping Beauty (we have only auctioned it once before)! It is one of four pressbooks that did not come from our main consignor, but came from other consignors to the very special auction, and it is a cool and rare uncut pressbook! The idea for this auction began when we were consigned a remarkable collection of original 1940s Walt Disney pressbooks, mini lobby cards, and standees (and almost all of those are extremely rare ones that are hardly ever auctioned, and they almost all are in really nice condition). Once we knew we had those items, we contacted all our past consignors, and asked them to consign to this very special auction, and they REALLY came through, consigning a wonderful assortment of cartoon movie paper of all sorts. Buying from this special auction gives you an incredibly rare opportunity to obtain some of the finest cartoon animation movie paper we have ever seen, and all of them will have new owners when these auctions close, because all start at $1 with no reserve. Many of these items will likely not be auctioned again for many years to come! Also note that this pressbook is complete and uncut! Given that theater owners purchased pressbooks partly in order to create their newspaper advertising, and quite frequently cut them up for that purpose, it is rare to find a pressbook that IS complete and uncut! Condition: very good, NO CUTS. This large pressbook (12" x 18") is complete and uncut and was folded across the middle. It has "bends" in the top right and lower right of all pages (not creases), but otherwise, the pressbook is in wonderful condition, and it looks like it could have just been printed (but we assure you it was not!).
