The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inducted the Rolling Stone's in 1989, rightfully noting that "critical acclaim and popular consensus has accorded them the title of the 'World's Greatest Rock and Roll Band.'" Also note that this poster has been trimmed and it now measures 25 1/4" x 35 1/2" [64 x 90 cm]. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. A small amount was trimmed from the top and bottom blank borders (only blank white paper was affected). The poster was folded across the middle, with some creases and scuffs on that fold. It had paper loss in the top right corner extending into the background. It had pinholes and small paper loss in the other three corners. It had some faint staining in the middle right of the image, with a small scuff line in that area. There were some scuffs and tiny dot stains scattered in some background areas. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
