Date Sold 9/22/2013 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. a lot of 49 restrike 8x10 stills showing Cedric Hardwicke, who was a well respected English stage actor, who appeared in many movies from the 1910s to the 1960s. Some of his roles include: Rope, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and On Borrowed Time. Note that these stills were printed from the original plates, likely in the 1960s (perhaps for TV re-releases of his movies), and are high quality, but are NOT originals from the 1930s (there are approximately 25 of each of the two portraits pictured, and the one of him with the hat all have his name and "10/26/36" on the back along with a United Artists logo, and the one of him without the hat all have his name and "Gaston Longet Portrait" and an RKO stamp on the back). Be sure not to bid on these thinking they are from the 1930s, as they are NOT! Condition: very good to fine. The re-strikes are in nice condition! Learn More about condition grades Titles included:
