Rock Around the Clock, the classic 1956 Fred F. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some tiny tears and even tinier paper loss in the vertical foldline. There were pinholes, creases, and tears around the edges of the poster. At some point after linenbacking, the left 3" of most of the poster (but not the bottom 6") became unevenly water stained, and it damaged the poster and the linen. It also seems that the rest of the poster became lightly water stained as well, but not nearly as badly as the left 3" (the staining on the left is much better seen from the back of the poster than the front). I don't know how difficult it would be to repair this, but it likely can't be very well done without re-backing the poster. Please do not bid on this poster unless you have clearly read the above and can accept this significant defect, and realize that you probably won't be happy with this poster unless it is completely re-linenbacked!
