It's a Harem-scarem riot of song and laughter!"; "Original screen play by Frank Buttler and Dan Hartman"; the third of the highly successful "Road to..." pictures) starring Bing Crosby, Bob Hope, Dorothy Lamour, Anthony Quinn, Dona Drake, Kermit Maynard (in a bit part), Vladimir Sokoloff, and Mikhail Rasumny NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair. The poster had a large circular area of paper loss at the middle crossfold and also tears and paper loss scattered down the vertical fold. There were tears and paper loss around the edges of the poster. There was a large piece of clear tape on the nose and eye of the camel. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking. Someone backed the poster and did the best restoration they could to the above many defects, but they left alone the tape on the camel described above (see our image). In addition, the poster was very roughly handled, and it was accidentally folded vertically down the middle right, running through Lamour's face and causing many creases in those areas of the poster and in the linen backing. Please do not bid on this poster unless you can accept its EXTREMELY major defects described above. Note that the restorer left a tiny bit of excess linen around all four sides of the poster (they left a small border in order to protect the poster from handling damage, but they did not leave a larger border, to allow it to more easily fit in a frame).
