He is best known as "Joe" in the silent Our Gang shorts (in those politically incorrect days, he was often called "Fatty" or "Fatty Joe Cobb"!). Some of his movies include: The Big Town, The Champeen, and Where Did You Get That Girl? He passed away in 2002 at the age of 85. Important Added Info: Note that this still may have been trimmed and it measures 7 1/4" x 9 1/2" [18 x 24 cm]. Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Condition: good to very good. The still may have been neatly trimmed around the edges, but it is otherwise in pretty good condition, with a some tiny dots of surface paper loss scattered around the edges.
