Kaidan Iro Zange: Kyoren onna Shisho (released in English-speaking countries as "Dancing Mistress"), the 1957 Ryosuke Kurahashi Japanese horror thriller (based on the novel by Encho San'yutei) starring Hiroshi Nawa, Yataro Kitgami, Jun Tazaki, Achako Hanabishi, Machiko Mizuhara, and Michiko Saga

Important Added Info: Note that this poster is a mystery! It seems to have been created for a local theater or perhaps a single town or city, and it has a tagline that translates to "Special cool night show". The poster is promoting a movie titled Pond of Ghostly Obsession (literal translation of the Japanese title), which may be a re-titling of the 1957 movie Kaidan Iro Zange: Kyoren Onna Shisho/Dancing Mistress based on the stars mentioned (Keiko Yukishiro, and Michiko Saga) and the subject matter. However, we cannot be certain. The poster also promotes Murder of a Dressmaker in Ehime Prefecture (literal translation of the Japanese title), a 1950s Japanese murder crime documentary featuring Shizuka Ohara. Please only bid if you can accept the uncertainties concerning this poster. If anyone knows more, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: very good. The poster was never folded. It has creases and tiny tears along portions of some edges but there is a slightly larger tear at upper center that extends into the yellow and black background. Other than the above the poster is in nice condition and it will display well (and after a simple linenbacking it would look great!)
