Date Sold 1/23/2022 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. a lot of 9 GE (General Electric) Christmas light display advertising art (ranging in size from 28" x 35" to 30" x 40"). Our consignor worked for an ad agency in Cleveland that recently shut their doors, and they gave him this artwork and one test print. It was for the GE company, and the ad agency had a man named Fred Browning, who likely drew the original art in this lot in the early 1990s, and then a separate company, Pitt Studios, created test posters from his art. So this auction contains eight pieces of original art and one test poster that incorporates some of that art (and it has holes in it where the finished display would have GE lights inserted, so we also pictured the back of that test poster, so you can see where the holes are). There are images of all of them (three of them have overlays to protect them, and we pictured those three with and without the overlay). Measurements: from 28" x 35" to 30" x 40"Also note that this lot needs to be sent in an oversized flat package, which measures roughly 32" x 42" x 2", so it will cost more to send than items that fit in our standard flat packages, especially if they are sent to non-U.S. addresses.
