An Undated (probably 1930s) Re-Release (re-titled "Little Pal" for this re-release) Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More)

The Healer, the 1935 Reginald Barker medical doctor romantic love triangle melodrama ("'The Miracle Man' of the Wastelands"; "The romance of a miracle man who hated civilization but loved mankind"; "The successor to 'The Miracle Man'"; "Suggested by the novel by Robert Herrick"; about an idealistic young doctor who runs a sanitarium for polio victims, but he gets involved with a rich young woman that takes his mind off of his work, and the girl who truly loves him) starring Ralph Bellamy, Karen Morley, Mickey Rooney, Judith Allen, and Robert McWade. Note that this movie's title might make one think of "faith healing" and fake religious healers, and the movie was advertised as a successor to "The Miracle Man", which was about fake religious faith healers, and we don't know if that was just done to get extra viewers, because there doesn't seem to be a connection to this movie. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: poor to fair. The poster is exceedingly brittle and almost each portion of the poster is separated along a foldline, with some portions barely attached except by a single piece of tape. There are MANY defects around the edges of the poster, and there are MANY creases and areas of tattering and paper loss along the foldlines. Many of the defects described above are repaired with tape from the back. Please do not bid on this poster unless you can accept its defects described above or are willing to pay to have them properly restored.
