Artist: Wes Wilson
Important Added Info: This poster is from the second printing of this poster in 1966, as verified by Internet research. One website refers to there being two versions of this second printing, and this one appears to be the "B" version, based on what they say. Note that this is one of a remarkable collection of 16 1966 and 1967 rock 'n' roll posters from a very longtime collector who has now consigned them to us, and we are auctioning them in 16 separate auctions. All of them are vintage posters, and some are from the first printings, and some are from later printings. We thoroughly researched every poster to determine which printing it is from, as we always do when we auction vintage rock 'n' roll posters. In two cases, we could not determine exactly which printing a poster was from, because the most knowledgeable Internet websites do not agree exactly on the differences between two printings, and in those two cases, we put what we do know about that poster, and indicated it could be from either of those two printings. This is a very rare opportunity to acquire very rare and desirable 1966 and 1967 rock 'n' roll posters, and we guarantee each poster (that it is from the year and the exact printing that way say it is from!).

Condition: very good. The poster was never folded. It has a 1" tear in the top border and three other tears that measure 1/4", 1/2", and 3/4", also in the top border. There is a 1/4" tear near the top of the left blank border and small surface paper loss and a crayon mark in the upper right blank border. There is a 3/4" tear and a 1/2" tear in the lower right border, with five small tears in the left of the bottom border. All the tears only affect the blank orange border, except for the one tear in the top border that goes between the "S" and "E" of "PRESENTS" (see our image).
