Important Added Info: Note that Kanchenjunga (also spelled Kangchenjunga) is the third highest mountain in the world. It was first climbed in 1955 by Joe Brown and George Band. They stopped short of the summit in accordance with the promise given to the Chogyal (the leader of Sikkim, a country before becoming a state of India in 1975) that the top of the mountain would remain intact. Every climber or climbing group that has reached the summit has followed this tradition. Also, note that the monks are using Tibetan horns, a long trumpet/horn used in Tibetan Buddhist and Mongolian Buddhist ceremonies. It is often played in pairs or multiples, and the sound is compared to the singing of elephants. Darjeeling is located in the Himalayan foothills south of Tibet Condition: very good. The poster has never been folded and it is in pretty nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
