McLeod romantic marriage wedding musical screwball comedy ("Papa didn't give the bride away... he paid to get rid of her!"; "Goofie Gracie meets romance at last!"; "A musicomedy laid in the marry, marry month of June!") starring Guy Lombardo and His Royal Canadians (the popular bandleader of the 1930s who became famous for his yearly rendition of "Auld Lang Sang" every New Year's Eve, as himself in a cameo role), George Burns, Gracie Allen, George Barbier, Joan Marsh, and Franklin Pangborn. Note that this was a screwball comedy starring Burns & Allen, then super popular on the radio. The movie included musical numbers from Guy Lombardo and dance routines by Veloz and Yolanda.
