A Lot of 3 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Jumbo Lobby Card (LC; measures 14" x 17" [36 x 43 cm]) (Learn More) American Madness, the 1932 Frank Capra Depression-era run-on-the-bank financial crime melodrama ("The Great American Picture of Today!"; "Story and Dialogue by Robert Riskin") starring Walter Huston, Pat O'Brien, Sterling Holloway, Kay Johnson, Constance Cummings, and Gavin Gordon. There are those (myself included) who consider this a better Capra movie than "It's a Wonderful Life" (which reprised a significant part of the plot of this movie, involving a "run" on the bank sequence, although the one in this movie is far more realistically portrayed) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that these are part of a large collection of jumbo lobby cards we were consigned (it includes some "vertical" star portraits as well). In addition to including many extremely rare titles, many of the jumbo lobby cards are in nice condition (some have staining or paper loss, which is clearly marked when it is present, but almost all the cards are not at all fragile, which is a big plus with this size of movie paper).
