Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had paper loss at the middle crossfold, and small areas of paper loss and tears scattered down the vertical fold, a much lesser number on the horizontal folds. There were pinholes, tears, and areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster, slightly extending into the edges of the image in just a few places, with paper loss in the background above the first "OR" of "HORROR" in the top right. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was really nicely backed, and you only see signs of the restoration when you look at the poster closely, but from any reasonable viewing distance, the poster displays quite well!
