An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 29 1/2" x 39 3/4" [75 x 101 cm]) (Learn More) The Beautiful, the Bloody, and the Bare, the 1964 Sande N. Johnsen artist nude models photography sexploitation horror thriller (about an artist and his wife who have nude modeling classes and their friend Pete shows up and they convince him to work for them as a nude model, but they don't know he's a homicidal maniac!) starring Jack Jowe, Marlene Denes, Mai Dey, Debra Page, Tom Signorelli (billed as "Brad Scott"), Adela Rogers St. Johns (the famous writer of silent movies!), and Rickey Bell (a sexy female in an uncredited part as the "model in bubble bath"). This was director/writer Sande Johnsen's first movie as a director, and he went on to direct eight more, and he also produced sex movies and wrote others, and was an actor in some of them! For some unknown reason, the name Sande Johnsen is not a household word like "Ed Wood", but we have no doubt he rivaled Mr. Wood in talent! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this one-sheet measures 29 3/4" x 39 3/4". It has very similar dimensions to a 30x40, but it is printed on regular one-sheet paper (over the years, we have seen several of these odd posters that look like one-sheets but measure 30" x 40" or close to it), for different titles, but we don't know why this was done. If anyone knows more about these posters, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: good. The poster has separation in some crossfolds and ends of some of the foldlines (see our image).
