Zanuck; based on the novel "by Eric Knight"; a wild story of a daughter of an English general who joins the WAAF, which was the English version of the WACs; she meets a soldier on leave, and had a torrid affair with him, but then learns he is a deserter; he tries to make things right and is badly wounded heroically saving a woman and her child, and she meets with him in the hospital while he is at Death's door) starring Tyrone Power Jr., Joan Fontaine, Thomas Mitchell, Nigel Bruce, Gladys Cooper, Philip Merivale, Sara Allgood, Alexander Knox, Henry Stephenson, Jill Esmond, and Arthur Shields NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that on this movie, 20th Century Fox solely issued a "photolobby" set with glossier color scenes from the movie. We have no idea why 20th Century-Fox did this, but it seems to be something they experimented with in the 1930s and early 1940s on certain movies (sometimes they would issue a regular lobby card set plus a color-glos set as well). Condition: very good. There is a light diagonal crease in the top left corner. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
