Suds, the 1920 John Francis Dillon (billed as "Jack Dillon") silent London England romantic poor-laundry-girl-wanting-to-change-her-social-status comedy ("From the Charles Frohman Production 'Op O' Me Thumb' By Frederick Fenn and Richard Pryce"; about a poor laundry girl who invents a tale about her being engaged to royalty, she rescues a horse and is taken in by a rich woman and the woman's poor driver secretly falls in love with the girl, but her story falls through and she is exposed leaving behind only misery) starring Mary Pickford, Albert Austin, Harold Goodwin, Rose Dione, Taylor N. Duncan, Darwin Karr, and Joan Marsh

Important Added Info: Note that not only is this an incredibly rare title (we have never sold any posters or lobby cards from it before), but it is also fascinating, because it shows that Mary Pickford was that rare star who did not mind looking downright awful (she looks positively demonic in this card!). Many stars are like Marlene Dietrich or Jean Harlow, or Claudette Colbert, where they always look completely made up, but obviously not Mary Pickford!

Condition: good to very good. The card is lightly rippled due to exposure to moisture and there is faint water staining in the black background areas. This card is an excellent candidate for restoration, because it is likely almost all or all of the water stains and rippling can be removed through chemical means. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back.
