Some of his songs include: Mack the Knife, Hello Dolly, and St. Louis Blues. He had a memorable acting role in the movie "Hello, Dolly!". He passed away in 1971 at the age of 69. Important Added Info: Note that this item has been personally autographed (signed) by Louis Armstrong! Note that Louis Armstrong was not in this show! But prior to the show's opening, he made a recording of the classic title song for the show's producer to use to help publicize the show, and naturally, it was a HUGE hit, and most people associate it strongly with the show! Our consignor lived near Mr. Armstrong when he was young, and he got a chance to meet him in person, and he brought this playbill with him, and Mr. Armstrong kindly signed the cover of the playbill for him!
