An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Forty by Sixty Movie Poster (40x60; entire poster measures 39 1/4" x 76 3/4"; see below for why) (Learn More) My Dear Secretary, the 1948 Charles Martin romantic love triangle businessman comedy ("He chased her...... 'til she caught him!"; "...but how far will she go?..."; "The funniest 100 minutes on film!"; "At 10 a.m. ...hired!"; "At 1 p.m. ...dated!"; "At 6 p.m. ...dined!"; "At 9 p.m. ...what now little girl, what now!"; "But later (much later) ...they just couldn't say goodnight!"; "He needed a private secretary... particularly in private!") starring Laraine Day, Kirk Douglas (very young in this role!), Keenan Wynn, Helen Walker, Rudy Vallee, Florence Bates, Alan Mowbray, Gale Robbins, Irene Ryan, and Grady Sutton NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is a VERY odd poster! The theater that used it needed a three-sheet, but they only had this 40x60. So they slightly trimmed it, and then they glued sections of blank paper to the top and bottom of it, so that it then measured 39 1/4" x 76 3/4", and then they surely displayed it in their three-sheet frame. You might go the rest of your life without seeing another poster like this, unless you made one yourself! Condition: fair. This is a slightly trimmed 40x60 that was made into a homemade three-sheet. It has many other defects as well (see above and see our image). Learn More about condition grades
