the theatrical release of the 1959 repackaging of the 1949 Republic serial, Ghost of Zorro, the 1949 Fred C. Brannon Republic masked hero cowboy western action adventure serial ("Terror haunts the far frontier"; "As the mystery man plunges into action!"; "Who rides behind the black mask of Zorro!"; "Daredevil or Demon!!"; "A Republic Serial in 12 Chapters"; "Written by Royal Cold, William Lively, and Sol Shor") starring Clayton Moore, Pamela Blake, Roy Barcroft, George J. Lewis, and Gene Roth. Apparently, the serial was condensed to feature length, and sold to U.S. TV stations, and released theatrically outside the U.S.
