The Forest Rangers, the 1942 George Marshall romantic love triangle forest fire firefighting arson crime action thriller ("Blazing adventure! Dazzling spectacle! Fiery romance!"; "In Flaming Technicolor"; "From a story by Thelma Strabel") starring Fred MacMurray, Paulette Goddard, Susan Hayward, Lynne Overman, Albert Dekker, and Eugene Pallette

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this movie was made during World War II, when there were many paper drives, and it was re-released in 1958, and sometimes when a movie is re-released fairly quickly after its first release, the poster exchanges would destroy all of the original paper. I write this, because, for unknown reasons, this one-sheet is extremely scarce, and I have never seen or heard of it before in my 40+ years of collecting, and I imagine it may be because of the above reasons!

Condition: good. There was an uneven diagonal tear running from the bottom of MacMurray's nose across through the top of the "T" of "FOREST". Someone repaired that with paper tape from the reverse. There were some other tears in the borders and someone put paper tape on the back of those and on the back of the crossfolds. The poster is creased throughout. Obviously, the poster has real defects, but they are the sort that respond well to restoration. After proper linenbacking by a talented professional, the poster will look great, and there will be little paint restoration within the image.
