If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: This poster has been professionally linenbacked. It now looks great, and many dealers would describe it as "fine on linen". But we feel we should describe the pre-restoration condition of posters that have had substantial restoration (and wish everyone else felt the same way). We have noted the defects in this poster that were restored below. Please be sure to read what it says carefully. Condition: good. The poster has been expertly linenbacked by Studio C, and it looks great. However, prior to restoration, there were a series of oval-shaped holes running down the right center of the poster. They were as follows (from top to bottom): a small hole in the "T" of "PICTURES" at upper right, a small hole in the "I" of "Katharine", two large holes in Hepburn's hair (one above the other), a large hole in Hepburn's cheek, a small hole in Hepburn's chin, a large hole in the bottom of the credits in the "EEPE" of "SLEEPER", and a large hole in the "PICT" of "PICTURES" at the bottom of the poster. Other than the above described holes, and some tattering across the top and bottom edges, the poster was in overall pretty nice condition. The masters at Studio C re-created the missing areas, and I KNOW that no one would know what was replaced, if it were not specifically shown to them (and even then, they would have trouble seeing it!). So, this poster looks great, but please do not bid on it unless you can accept the restoration it has had (and truly, the restoration is primarily in solid areas of the image, and not at all in Hepburn's features).
