Important Added Info: Note that there is a mystery about this poster! This movie likely should have opened in Belgium in 1938 (it did open in other parts of Europe during that year), but if so, it seems that it should have had a poster in the large "pre-War" Belgian size. Yet, it is the very small size that one associates with being from some time between 1939 and 1947, when there were massive paper shortages in Belgium (when they both printed on the backs of maps and other posters, and also printed in much smaller sizes, in both cases to conserve on paper). So we are calling this a 1940s re-release (although it could of course date from 1938, and it also could be that the movie did not play in Belgium until the 1940s on its first release). But while we seen this poster before (also printed on the back of a map or other poster), we have NEVER seen or heard of any earlier release Belgian poster at all! If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good. The poster was printed on the back of a map . There is bleed-through from the printing on the back in all the light colored areas. There are stains in the top play dates area, where a snipe was glued. There are brown stains in the right of the bottom and some lighter stains in the middle of the right.
