An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Six-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 81" x 81") (Learn More)

The Water Lily, the 1919 George Ridgwell silent romantic melodrama ("A Bud Blossoms to Love Through the Mire of Adversity"; "The Heart of a Flower Triumphs"; "Triangle Plays"; from a story by Lillian Case Russell) starring Alice Mann, Emil De Varney, Philip Yale Drew, Francis Mann and Donald Hall
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: This six-sheet was printed in 6 sections.

Condition: very good. There is paper loss and separation on the part of the foldlines that were on the outside when the poster was fully folded (it falls in the top left of the poster, as clearly seen in our image). The rest of the poster has some small separation on some foldlines, and some separation and tiny paper loss at most crossfolds. There are some tiny tears and tiny areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster. The poster has darkened somewhat, and the paper is overall fragile, and must be handled carefully. But the poster is almost completely "all there", and after a fairly simple linenbacking by a talented professional, this incredible poster will look fantastic with very little paint restoration anywhere on it (and it is quite likely that there is not another surviving example of this nearly 90 year-old poster!).
