More thrills and suspense and daring!"; with "original score composed and played by Miles Davis"; about a man who is having an affair with his boss' wife, and together they devise a plan to have the man kill the boss, but make it look like suicide; their plan seems perfect, but the killer makes an error, and when he tries to go back to correct it, he gets trapped inside the elevator!) starring Jeanne Moreau (billed as "Star of 'The Lovers'"), Maurice Ronet, Georges Poujouly (billed as "The French James Dean"), Yori Bertin, Jean Wall, Juan Petrovich, Felix Marten, and Lino Ventura. Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster was never folded. It had paper loss in three corners, where pins were roughly removed, and pinholes in the fourth corner. It has a huge amount of scuffs and smudges throughout the solid black areas. Overall, the poster was in fair to good condition prior to linenbacking. The smudges and scuffs are extremely noticeable, and while another restorer could surely perform additional restoration, please bear this significant defect in mind before bidding on this poster. Of course, one would rather find another example in better condition, but we have never auctioned this poster before, and it may be many years before that other example turns up!
