An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Parrish, the 1961 Delmer Daves romantic teen melodrama ("Is the name of a boy who exploded manhood across three years and three girls...in Connecticut's' million dollar mile'. Parrish is the name of the motion picture you will not easily forget."; "Into Connecticut's 'million dollar mile' came a young intruder with nothing but his name... And his name was Parrish"; "From the power and passion swept pages of the best-seller!"; "He was more than a boy. He was not yet a man. Dangerously in-between... And between three girls!"; "His name is 'Parrish'"; "This is Paige... The quiet girl who made love a dream."; "This is Alison... The rich girl who made love a command."; "This is Lucy... The bold girl who made love too easy."; set in Connecticut's "Green Tobacco Valley"!; "From the Novel by Mildred Savage") starring Troy Donahue (in the title role as Parrish McLean), Claudette Colbert, Karl Malden, Dean Jagger, Connie Stevens, Diane McBain, and Sharon Hugueny (note that the last three of these are billed as "and Parrish's three loves..."), and Sylvia Miles NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm]. Also note that this still appears in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the still was printed for use in areas that included French-speaking parts of Canada, but that it WAS printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us (and we have seen this on stills from the 1940s through the early 2000s, so it has certainly been done for an extremely long time)! So it is an original still from 1961, but it was printed partially for use in French-speaking Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: very good to fine. The still is in very nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
