Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster was folded once in each direction and had tiny paper loss at the crossfold and minor wear on the foldlines. There was 2" of separation at the top of the vertical foldline and someone once put a piece of tape on the back of that area, causing it to be discolored. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did little restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not very distracting (and a talented restorer could touch them up without re-backing the poster).
