Moderne Schonheits Galerie, the circa 1930s German cigarette card album promoting Garbaty Kur Mark Cigarettes, and featuring 39 pages of 300 tipped-in cigarette premium cards of popular movie actresses including: Brigitte Helm, Leni Riefenstahl, Greta Garbo, Marlene Dietrich, Joan Crawford, Lillian Harvey, Norma Shearer, Clara Bow, and many, many more! The cards are protected by a glassine sheet inserted between each of the pages, so that the cards could not scuff against each other (this is how the album was created). What is really nice about this series of cards is that not only are they full color, but they also have VERY elaborate "frames" around them (the stars are in ovals, and there are gaudy decorations that are all different around every star; see our images).
