An Original Vintage Theatrical Window Card Movie Poster (WC; measures 14" x 22") (Learn More) The Right to Love, the 1930 Richard Wallace romantic melodrama (a pretty wacky and convoluted story of a pretty young girl who falls in love, but her parents forbid her from marrying, and she becomes pregnant, and her boyfriend is killed, and her parents force her to marry an older man she doesn't love, and when her daughter grows up, she wants her to not do as she did, and find true love, but her creepy husband forces the daughter to go to China to work as a missionary, but the mother manages to send her a message on her deathbed telepathically!) starring Ruth Chatterton (in a dual role as both the mother and the daughter!), Paul Lukas, David Manners, Irving Pichel, and Louise Mackintosh NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: This window card was never folded. Often window cards would be folded across the middle, because that would make them 11" x 14", and they could then be sent with standard folded posters. Most collectors put an added value on a window card that has never been folded. Condition: good. There is water staining in the top right corner and a lesser amount of faint water staining scattered through the poster, but it mostly only shows in the borders and light skin-colored areas. A professional restorer could likely remove some or all of the water staining through chemical means, and after proper restoration, the card will look great! Learn More about condition grades
