If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is not the regular release U.S. one-sheet. Apparently, in the late 1930s and early 1940s, 20th Century-Fox started having greater distribution outside the U.S., and on their top titles, they printed separate "international style" one-sheets and three-sheets. They look similar to the regular release posters, but they have much less fine detail. Please do not bid on this poster thinking it is the domestic release one-sheet that has a different much finer detailed stone litho image. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tears and paper loss in the top quarter of the vertical foldline, with tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and minor wear on the other foldlines. It had pinholes, tears and paper loss around the edges, with some scuffs in the bottom center background area. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Learn More about condition grades
