An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More) My Favorite Brunette, the 1947 Elliott Nugent romantic detective murder mystery screwball comedy ("He's a hilarious hawkshaw... with a case on Dottie!"; "Bob's a private 'eye' who gets crossed by a brunette!"; "He's a nosey detective... with an eye for Brunettes!"; "A spy ring's got him dizzy... a brunette's got him sizzly!") starring Bob Hope, Dorothy Lamour, Peter Lorre, Lon Chaney Jr. (billed as "Lon Chaney"), John Hoyt, and Frank Puglia NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: good to very good. Someone cut out the bottom blank area where a theater would put its show dates and wrote in new play dates in the resulting blank area (this is not that uncommon with glass slides). Otherwise, the slide is in pretty good condition. Learn More about condition grades
