Now bring a pounding new temp to screen entertainment!"; "Screen Play by Raymond Chandler and Czenzi Ormonde"; based on the novel by Patricia Highsmith; about a man who meets a somewhat unbalanced man on a train, and they fantasize about how each has a person that makes their life miserable, and the unbalanced man says that they could each kill the other's problem, and would never get caught!) starring Farley Granger, Ruth Roman, Robert Walker, Leo G. Carroll, Patricia Hitchcock, Kasey Rogers, and Marion Lorne NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had two horizontal folds near the center, with many creases and slight stains in the bottom of the right border, extending into the orange background, and in the right border, to the right of the "on a train" part of the title, extending into the end of those two boxes. There were other creases scattered around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. Someone backed the poster onto linen with no excess and no restoration. From a reasonable viewing distance, the many creases around the edges are not that noticeable, but certainly, one might choose to have this poster removed from the linen and re-backed (but bear that in mind before placing a bid on this poster).
