Artist: Drew Struzan Important Added Info: Obviously, because George Lucas knew this movie would make an insane amount of money at the box office, the studio prepared this wildly elaborate promotional manual! It is a giant 3-ring binder that has an image from the movie on the front, back, and on the spine, and inside it contains three CDs in pockets that contain the mechanical vertical digital art, including high-res art, elements, and fonts. Then, the binder is divided into five sections about the campaign for the movie, "Core Outdoor", "World Cup Campaign", Collateral", "Digital Art", and "Transparencies". The "Core Outdoor" section has positive printed images of four different 30-sheets, plus positive printed images of other posters. The next two sections have images of other posters in positive printed images. There is a section about T-shirt designs and hat designs. Finally, the section on transparencies contains 42 color 8" x 10" transparencies, each contained in a plastic sleeve that is also contained in a second plastic sleeve that holds it in the binder. We provide a photo of the cover of the binder, several photos of the interior, and one scan of a color 8x10 transparency, to give you a good sense of how all this appears. BUT PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE WINNER OF THIS WILL RECEIVE 42 8x10 COLOR TRANSPARENCIES!
UPDATED 09/08/2017: Note that a collector asked us to test the CDs included with this binder. All three are accessible via PC (and we could open up the image files that we tested). However, the 3rd CD called "Geonosian International Collateral" does have a small 1" crack (at an angle) starting at the outside edge. The CD is still readable and we were able to open up the main image files. However, please keep this in mind when bidding. Condition: very good to fine.
