The 1964 Summer Games were the first Olympics held in Asia, and the first time South Africa was barred from taking part due to its apartheid system in sports. This is also the first Olympics that the Democratic Republic of Congo participated in. Artist: Yusaku Kamekura Condition: good to very good. The poster has pinholes around the edges and some tiny brown dot stains scattered mainly along portions of the edges (some affect the lower areas of the title at lower center). It has a few faint smudges and scuffs in the gold areas as well as some creases near the lower edge, and there is a 2" tear at lower center and a tiny tear in the upper blank border that has been repaired with conservation tape from the back. It has never been folded and is otherwise in generally nice condition and after a pretty simple linenbacking it will look great! Learn More about condition grades
