Rogell silent romantic cowboy western ("From the story 'Ride Him Cowboy' by Kenneth Perkins") starring Ken Maynard (in the title role as Tom Drury, "The Unknown Cavalier"), Kathleen Collins, David Torrence, T. Roy Barnes, and Jim Mason. Note that this movie was remade under the title of the source story in 1932 with John Wayne in the lead role! Also note that "Tarzan", Ken Maynard's horse, is not billed in this movie. We don't know if he appeared in it uncredited, but we do know that he had been in several Ken Maynard films prior to this one (he had been bought by Maynard for $50 in 1925, and after he was called "Tarzan" in a movie, Edgar Rice Burroughs threatened to sue Maynard, and they settled when Maynard agreed to have him billed as "Tarzan, The Wonder Horse", and he soon had permanent billing alongside Maynard, and he performed with Maynard for the next 15 years or so!). Also, note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Most insert posters were folded twice horizontally right off of the printing press. It is very difficult to find an unfolded example of most insert posters, especially from before 1970! Note that this poster is very old, and it would not make sense to attempt to roll it, as the paper is fragile enough that rolling it might damage it. Therefore we will send it in a large flat package. Please bear that extra shipping cost in mind BEFORE placing a bid on this poster! Note that the poster is not so fragile that it is "falling to pieces"! If it is handled carefully, it can absolutely be framed and enjoyed without any worry.
