If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had tears and small areas of paper loss scattered down the vertical fold, and there had been tape on the back of that fold. There was a lesser amount of wear on the horizontal folds, but there was some tape on the back of those. There were tears and areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking. Given the poster's many defects, the restorer did a pretty good job restoring it, but they left alone some of the defects in the right blank border, likely rightfully assuming they will not show if the poster is framed. Also, there was paper loss in the bottom center of the poster that affected the litho number, and the restorer had to guess at one of the numbers, and they got it wrong, but that could easily be corrected by any other restorer without re-backing the poster. But the poster has had pretty significant restoration, so bear that in mind and look at our super-sized image before bidding on it. Learn More about condition grades
