We know that this poster dates from either 1942, 1943, or 1944, because Admiral King was only an Admiral during those years, but became a Fleet Admiral in 1944. Artist: Jon Whitcomb Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. The poster was folded in half an extra time (typical of war posters of this period), and it had tiny paper loss at some crossfolds, and minor fold and border wear.
