An Original Vintage Ballot Display (measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Lux Radio Theater, the popular 1934 to 1955 radio anthology series that featured live radio adaptations of movies and Broadway stage plays and musicals, starring many of their original actors and actresses including Marlene Dietrich, Clark Gable, Gary Cooper, James Stuart, and Shirley Temple as well as many other famous actors of those decades! It was hosted by several different hosts including Cecil B. DeMille (from 1936 to 1945), William Keighley, and Irvin Cummings, as well as guest hosts such as Lionel Barrymore, Otto Kruger, and Brian Aherne Important Added Info: Note that this is a cool display that was put in stores in 1944 for the 10th anniversary of this show. The display has a stack of "ballots" attached to the lower right and people were intended to take one and write in the name of the star or play that they wanted to hear (see our images).
