An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Six-Sheet Movie Poster (6sh; measures 81" x 81") (Learn More)

The Living Idol, the 1956 Rene Cardona & Albert Lewin Mexican/U.S. romantic fantasy adventure thriller ("A Girl's Adventure In Reincarnation."; "Amazing drama of love and reincarnation"; "Written and Directed by Albert Lewin"; filmed in Mexico) starring Steve Forrest, Liliane Montevecchi, James Robertson Justice, Sara Garcia, and Eduardo Noriega

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Apparently, the sight of part of the girl's belly was just too much for the theater that used this poster, because someone put paint over that area! It seems odd because there wasn't all that much of her belly showing, but I guess it's hard for me to relate to the standards of 1956! Depending on how you look at it, this is either a major detraction, or kind of a fun addition to the poster, but please do not bid on the poster unless you can accept this significant defect. This six-sheet was printed in 5 sections.

Condition: fair. The entire poster is fragile. There are separations on parts of many foldlines and some tears and areas that are not in foldlines. The poster would greatly benefit from expert professional restoration. The image of the tied up girl at lower right has censor paint on it .
