He was a member of a choral group in the 1960s, and he did not make his first TV appearance until he was 24, and he did not have real success until Star Trek: The Motion Picture, when he was 32! Some of his other movies include: Blood Diamond, and All The President's Men. He is best known for his role as Reverend Eric Camden on the television show "7th Heaven". However, in recent years, Collins was caught up in a scandal, in which he admitted to "inappropriate sexual conduct with three female minors" for many years earlier, which ended his career.
