A motion picture for all times."; a re-telling of the true story of Henry the VIII and his attempts to secure a divorce; in the process Sir Thomas More gave up his career and his life because he stood by his beliefs; winner of the Best Picture Academy Award) starring Paul Scofield (winner of the Best Actor Academy Award for this film; "as Thomas More"), Leo McKern (as Thomas Cromwell), Robert Shaw (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film; as King Henry VIII), Orson Welles (as Cardinal Wolsey), Susannah York (as Margaret More), Nigel Davenport (as The Duke of Norfolk), John Hurt (as Richard Rich), Corin Redgrave (as William Roper), Wendy Hiller (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film; as Alice More), and Vanessa Redgrave

Important Added Info: Note that each of these 11x14s do not have the title of the movie on the front, but that each has the title of the movie, plus the credits on the back of the stills. We would assume that it is likely that these are from the pre-Awards roadshow showing of the movie, because we would think that if they had been produced after the Academy Awards, they would mention that the movie won Best Picture!

Condition: very good to fine. Note that these stills have no tape whatsoever on the front or back, and they have never had any restoration of any kind!
