Otoshiana (released in English-speaking countries as "The Pitfall"), the 1962 Hiroshi Teshigahara Japanese surreal mystery fantasy cult classic thriller starring Hisashi Igawa, Sumie Sasaki, Sen Yano, Hideo Kanze, Kunie Tanaka, and Kazuo Miyahara. Note that this is the first of four film collaborations involving director Hiroshi Teshigahara and author Kobo Abe (2nd is "Woman in the Dunes", 3rd is "The Face of Another" and 4th is "The Man Without a Map")
