An Original Vintage Unfolded Russian Stage Play Poster (measures 22 1/2" x 32" [57 x 81 cm]) (Learn More) Kotlowan (literally translates to "The Foundation Pit"), the 1989 Russian poster (in German) promoting a stage play production (written by Andrei Platanov) which was held at the Puppentheater Skomoroch in Tomsk, Russia. Note that this poster features art of a worker pulling apart his shirt! Also note that The Foundation Pit was a dystopian novel first written in 1930, but, due to censorship, was not released or translated until 1987.
