Note that this is what's known as a "difficult" movie! It is slow moving with lots of talking and little action of any kind. But, on repeated viewings, it often grows on the viewer until they often consider it to be a masterpiece! Other movies like this include "The Passion of Joan of Arc", "Last Year at Marienbad" and several others. If you like the movies like this you have seen you should definitely also watch this one!
