An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures 3 1/4" x 4" [8 x 10 cm]) (Learn More) Marriage Chance, the 1922 Hampton Del Ruth silent family relationship mad scientist horror romantic comedy melodrama (about two sisters who are both engaged, and one is about to marry a mad scientist who is a vivisectionist, but her sister convinces her to break it off, which results in the mad scientist poisoning the sister with a liquid that makes her appear dead, but she is only in a coma, and he plans to do horrible experiments on her body, but her sister finds out and shoots her former fiance) starring ("with a cast of all-star players" ) Alta Allen, Milton Sills, Tully Marshall, Irene Rich, Henry B. Walthall, and Mitchell Lewis NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). This slide is the kind that has two panes of glass that are taped together with black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of many older glass slides. We have provided a high quality scan of the image, but we have not taken a photo of the slide, because there would really be very little to see! Condition: very good. There is a piece of tape over the bottom play dates area, with the word "COMING" stenciled on it (but of course, that could be removed). Learn More about condition grades
