Now it's all magnificently on the screen... romantically... gloriously!"; "Produced by George Jessel"; "Dances Staged by Seymour Felix"; "New Songs - Lyrics by Mack Gordon"; "Music by James Monaco"; filmed in 3-strip Technicolor; very loosely based on the lives of two Hungarian sisters, Jenny and Rosie Dolly, who became famous entertainers in the early 1900s) starring Betty Grable (in the title role as Yansci 'Jenny' Dolly), John Payne, June Haver (in the title role as Roszika 'Rosie' Dolly), S.Z. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some tiny areas of paper loss on parts of some foldlines with a circle of paper loss in the top center of the image. There were many tears and tiny areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster, and someone had put some tape on the back of the crossfolds and tears, and it bled through to the front. Overall, the poster was in fair to good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was not well backed at all, because very little restoration was done to the above defects, and there was no excess linen, so the poster is lifting in several places around the edges. In addition, it was roughly handled, and there are now some horizontal creases in the linen. Please do not bid on this poster unless you can accept its defects described above or are willing to pay to have them properly restored! Learn More about condition grades
