An Unfolded Personality Poster (measures 19 1/2" x 29 1/4" [50 x 74 cm]) (Learn More)

Bobby Breen was a child actor from the 1930s to the 1940s. Some of his movies include: Rainbow on the River, Breaking the Ice, Make a Wish, Way Down South, and Fisherman's Wharf. He passed away in 2016 at the age of 88.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this personality poster from RKO is slightly different from ones produced by all the other studios. They made them in sizes that were different than 22x28, in this case 19 1/2" x 29 1/4". In addition, it is on a lightweight paper stock where the ones from the other studios are on a heavier weight paper. Personality posters were created in the 1910s, 1920s, 1930s, and early 1940s. All of the major studios created sets of these that usually measured exactly 22" x 28". Most often they were taller than they were wide, but occasionally they would be horizontal. It is interesting to note that the image on these posters is often very close to actual life-size! While at least several hundred different special personality posters were made between the 1910s and early 1940s, few are known to have survived, as few theaters ordered them, and fewer still saved them!

Condition: fair. There is a 4" tear in the bottom border with many creases in that area. There are brown dot stains scattered throughout the poster.
