An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Two-Sided Japanese "B3" or "Nakazuri" Movie Poster (14x20; measures 14" x 20" [36 x 51 cm]) (Learn More) La Fille Du Diable (literally translates to "The Devil's Daughter"), the 1946 Henri Decoin French small town relationship melodrama (about a small town teen girl whose father committed suicide, and the entire town shuns her, and she gets involved with a gangster who comes to town; the plot seems very reminiscent of "Pretty Poison", and like in that movie, the girl in this movie has an angelic face, but is evil to the core) starring Pierre Fresnay, Fernand Ledoux, Therese Dorny, Pierre Juvenet, and Robert Seller. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that the poster is double-sided, but not in the regular U.S. way! This smaller Japanese poster has lots of black & white images on the reverse, along with much text information (in Japanese). Condition: very good to fine. The poster was folded across the middle and had minor wear on that fold. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
