39 Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Stills (Learn More)

Zamboanga, the 1937 Eduardo de Castro Filipino Sulu Sea Philippines tropical Pacific Islands native tribe romantic love triangle melodrama ("A saga of the Sulu Sea....ablaze with THRILLS and ROMANCE!"; "Unique... Authentic... Different!"; "Filmed with a native cast"; about the granddaughter of a ruler of a seafaring Filipino tribe who is about to marry a young fisherman, but then the chief of another tribe decides he wants her, and, with the help of an American sea captain, he abducts her, but everything works out in the end) starring Fernando Poe, and Rosa Del Rosario. This movie was released in the U.S. in 1938 by Grand National, and in 1949, it was re-cut and the actors' names were changed, and it was released as "Tictaban: Isle of Stolen Women". Note that we list this movie and "Tictaban: Isle of Stolen Women" as two separate movies, because of the long time between the two releases and the fact that this movie was re-cut for the later version. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
Important Added Info: Note that we have never auctioned any stills for this movie!

Condition: good to very good. Most have pinholes around the edges but overall they are in pretty nice condition.
